These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SelfTow, an on-demand roadside assistance and towing service operated by Zia Tow ("Company," "we," "us"). By using SelfTow at selftow.com or via any related service, you agree to these terms.
SelfTow is a technology platform that connects customers in need of roadside assistance or towing with independent licensed towing operators ("Drivers"). SelfTow facilitates the booking and payment for these services but does not itself perform towing services.
Services available include vehicle towing, with pricing based on vehicle type, tow distance, and market location. All prices are displayed clearly before payment is collected.
By providing your phone number and completing a booking on selftow.com, you consent to receive a one-time SMS confirmation from SelfTow. This message contains your booking reference, pickup location, and estimated arrival information. We do not send marketing SMS messages.
All prices are quoted in US dollars and are clearly displayed before you complete payment. Pricing is based on:
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing payment you authorize the full quoted amount to be charged to your payment method.
Once a driver has been dispatched to your location, the booking is considered confirmed and the full amount is non-refundable. If a driver has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at (575) 418-0601 and we will work to accommodate your request.
SelfTow reserves the right to issue full or partial refunds at its discretion in cases of service failure or driver no-show.
You are responsible for providing accurate information including your location, destination, and vehicle details. Additional fees may apply if the vehicle type or destination provided is incorrect. SelfTow is not liable for delays or failures caused by inaccurate customer-provided information.
SelfTow operates where licensed partner drivers are available. We do not guarantee service availability in all areas or at all times. In the event a driver cannot be dispatched, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
All SelfTow drivers are independent contractors, not employees of SelfTow or Zia Tow. Drivers are required to hold valid commercial towing licenses, maintain minimum $1 million liability insurance coverage, and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.
SelfTow's liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. SelfTow is not responsible for vehicle damage caused by pre-existing conditions or circumstances beyond the driver's control.
In the event of vehicle damage during towing, claims must be filed within 24 hours of service completion by contacting info@selftow.com.
Towing companies and independent operators who apply to join the SelfTow partner network agree to:
SelfTow reserves the right to remove any partner from the network for failure to meet these standards.
